Account and Data Deletion

Effective date: June 16, 2026

This page explains how to delete your Bible Quotes & Status account and associated app data.

Delete your account inside the app

1. Open Bible Quotes & Status.
2. Sign in with the Google account used in the app.
3. Go to Profile.
4. Open Settings.
5. Tap Delete Account.
6. Read the deletion information and confirm.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us at support@codvya.com.

Please include:

• App name: Bible Quotes & Status.
• The Google email address used to sign in.
• A clear request to delete your app account and associated data.

Do not send passwords, private devotional notes, screenshots, or payment card information.

Data deleted or anonymized

• Firebase Authentication account, where technically possible.
• User profile data such as name, email, profile photo URL, and date of birth.
• Uploaded profile photo stored for this app, if any.
• Favorites, downloads metadata, preferences, and saved app profile records stored in Firebase for this app.
• Subscription entitlement records that are not required for fraud prevention, purchase verification, legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

Data that may remain

• Data stored only on your device may remain until you clear app data or uninstall the app.
• Google Play purchase records are managed by Google Play.
• Limited records may be retained where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or accounting.
• Aggregated analytics and crash reports that do not directly identify you may remain.

Deletion timeframe

We aim to process email deletion requests within 7 to 30 days after verifying the request. In-app deletion starts immediately, but some backup or retained records may take longer to fully expire.
